Shipping policy
During Summer months, all orders containing chocolate will have additional shipping requirements to ensure they maintain quality standards, with a shipping fee of $9.99. Shipping dates for Summer: To prevent chocolate melting during transit, all orders containing chocolate will be shipped between Monday - Wednesday to prevent it waiting out our warehouse. E.g. If you order on a Thursday or Friday, your shipment will be fulfilled on the following Monday.
On orders of $50.00 (or more) EXPRESS shipping is FREE for mainland US customers.
On orders of $30.00 (or more) shipping is FREE for mainland US customers.
On orders less than $30.00 shipping is a flat $4.99 for mainland US customers.
EXPRESS shipping: We aim to deliver your product within 2 business days although minor delays are expected over busy periods.
STANDARD shipping: We aim to deliver your product within 3-5 business days although minor delays are expected over busy periods.
